Because Green Diamond has done such an incredible job at "planning" to eliminate an estimated 3 million cubic yards of silt from going into the North Fork of the Mad River over the next 15 years they should be allowed to build a brand new road network on Steep and unstable slopes, right? I mean with even more road it's cheaper to clearcut and haul, more profitable right? Or so the logic goes...
